What information we hold about you
If you have made a purchase from us we will have your email address, phone number, address and credit card details. If you choose to have items delivered to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address. Information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you should we the need arise. You may also optionally decide to receive our newsletter and special offers. We also hold and order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. 5 REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
You may return any product you have ordered from THEFABULOUSGIFTCOMPANY.CO.UK provided that you return it to us unused and in resaleable condition in its original packaging within 14 days from receipt of delivery.

Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 3 working days of receipt.
To return an item please complete the Returns Form included with your purchase. Please indicate the reason for return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or refund. Please note that costs of goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be borne to you.

Returns must be sent to: Returns, The Fabulous Gift Company, 356-358 St Anns Road, London N15 3ST.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance costs incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of a cancellation.

Please note that personalised items can only be refunded or exchanged if faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse.

We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate is obtained from the post office when returning any part of your order.

All online refunds will be completed within 7 days of agreement. All refunds will be made according to the method of payment. We will refund postage if your return is due to an error made by THEFABULOUSGIFTCOMPANY.CO.UK. Please note that refunds of the purchase price of items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser..
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.

6 COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
The Fabulous Gift Company takes its relationship with customers very seriously, and we expand a great deal of effort making sure we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt. When you place an order to purchase a product from The Fabulous Gift Company, your order represents and offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

However The Fabulous Gift Company Ltd does not warrant that such information shall be error-free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site, you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
